Setup of new company in MNE with foreign non-resident director

Hi there,

I am looking to setup a business and company in MNE, but I am not seeking residency initially.

I understand that this may require a 'nominee' resident director, ie a director whose powers could be limited as part of the company formation structure.

The company will need a bank account, but won't have any employees initially.

Can anyone recommend a trustworthy firm who can assist with this?
