Who can help me with some adresses of small or bigger painting studios.
We will visit HCMC in a month and are looking for skilled painters who will be able to paint by order.
We hope to start a regular serie of assignments.
Tell me if the language will be a big problem in the small of bigger shops / studios or will there always be English speaking people around?
What is the regular way of payment, a part of the sum at the start and the rest when finished or at the arrival (in the Netherlands) ?
