Yes , i will get my permanent residence card on december through marriage .. After getting this card when i can apply citizenship ?

After one year of continuous residence in Brazil, counting from the issue date of your CRNM, since your basis of residence is family reunion.
The naturalization process takes longer than the CRNM process. I submitted my application in March 2019, and the local Polícia Federal are still "analyzing" it for sumbmission to the Ministry of Justice for action.
*ETA* My application was approved the second week of December, 2019. So it was completed in nine months, pre-covid.
