There I think is not good to buy,only for rent,but I have an offer to you I have an apartment near the sea,very beatiful you will love there,10 minutes you can get near the centre of Durres,the apartment is near bus station,near restaurants,markets.

I have an apartment very close to the sea,near school,is state school,and private school which takes the children from house to the school,near supermarkets,near restaurants.You can get sunlight in the beach during the summer.Is very beatiful.
