As to your question..yes it's a very good location, for holiday and permanent living. Suitable for a single person or couple.
I am selling my apartment which is 20 minutes from Torre town, 3 minutes to the Beach. Near supermarket and transportation and other amenities. It's a residential area, not a party zone!
