To rent an apartment in Malta I have often read that we go through agencies.
I wonder if you have any cautionary advice?
I saw that there could be several rates for electricity and that we had to make sure that we had the "resident" rate?
Do you know of any agencies in Malta (and Gozo) where there are French contacts?
Do not hesitate for any advice that comes to mind, thank you very much
