Hello Diksha.

1. Name 3 best well-known Cambodian street foods according to you.
I don't eat street food because of the horrible lack of hygiene. Dishes are washed with cold water and a stinking cloth which they also use to clean the tables, if any. Not my thing

2. Which are some unusual dishes that you have discovered ?
Discovered but not eaten: Tarantula, baby crocs, eggs with embryos in it, cooked. Those eggs I have seen in Thailand too and forbid my family to take them home, they could eat them separately.

3. What makes up the typical breakfast in Cambodia?
Rice, rice, rice, with chicken of pork

4. Name 3 of your favourite festive dishes.
I love Loklak, fried ginger with Kampot pepper (green and on the twigs), Amok

5. According to you, which essential ingredient defines Cambodian cuisine?
Prahok (fermented fish paste) and Kap (fermented shrimp paste)

Have a nice day.

Joe

2. Spiders and dried fish not for me
3. Breakfast lunch and dinner can be all the same foods I like this
4. Regular vegetable fried rice , $  1.50,  amok
5. Fish sauce and red hot peppers
