Hi everyone. Does anyone know if when going to collect your visa13a after your 1 year probation period finishes,does your wife have to be present with you. Is it just a simple visit for the applicant only. Thankyou.

its three years probation
every year you must renew your visa then on on the third year only then your probation is up then you can get your full 13A to live in Philippine

Hi,
Since you are on 13a probationary you can start the process for at least 60 days before your visa expire. That will be amendment of 13a to permanent visa. Your visa stamp will be permanent however your ACR I Card will be valid for 5 years and you will need to extend it every 5 years. Your wife must be with since she is your petitioner. You will have an interview by the authorities. Also annual reporting every first quarter of the year.
