Hi , can anyone suggest most reliable and cheapest way to buy a used runaround car in Albania, via a family member in that country, would be only to last around 1 year , hoping any advice on a budget of max .€2000 , have searched online and other ways import etc just wondered any one know an alternative and main things to look out for in that local market. is vital and very important i do it A.S.A.P a week is most time i got
