The must-try activities in Spain

By activities do you mean things to see, or things to do, or both? Anyway, SOOO many things to list. Will start with the obvious, the big tourist draws, in no particular order:
- Madrid's art museums: Prado, Reina Sofia, Thyssen, Sorolla
- Toledo: the whole upper town
- Sevilla: cathedral, Alcazar, flamenco, Semana Santa
- Barcelona: La Familia Sagrada cathedral, Parc Guell, Tibidabo, Montjuic, side trip to Dali museum in Figueres
- Granada: Alhambra, Albacin, cave dwellings, day trip to Alpujarras
- Ronda: Hike the gorge
- Valencia: beach, Las Fallas festival (March 1-19, LOTS of daily fireworks), side trip to hilltop castle in Xátiva
- Pamplona: San Fermin, aka running of the bulls (do or just watch)
- Buñol: La Tomatina tomato fight
- Bilbao: Guggenheim museum
- Cuenca: Museum of abstract art (cliffside site as well as the contents)
- Santiago de Compostela: destination of pilgrim routes
