Hi all need some advice, I'm married to a Romanian girl ,, I'm British we are thinking of calling it a day and need some advice regarding the divorce policy here.

I was married to a Romanian and got a divorce.

As I understand policy depends on what you opted for regarding “community property” when you got married.

If there is no community property and the divorce is amicable, amd there are no children involved the process is simple and can be done at a notary fairly cheaply.

Beyond that I can not give you any advice.

I recommend you make an appointment with a notary first and locate your marriage contract to determine the details.
