Moving to Namibia

Good day Everyone,


I am asking for a friend of mine. She is South African and wants to relocate to Namibia. She visits a lot and loves it here. She is also unmarried. My questions is, can she apply for permanent/temporary residency?

All the articles i saw on this forum were from people who are either married to a Namibian and have that connection.
