import vintage cars? and taxes

Hi,

I understand it is a convoluted process to import a car personally, and not worth it for a modern car.
What about a vintage or muscle care? something unusual I could not normally find in Cambodia. Is there anyone who has done this? or can point me in the direction of an import agent that might have helped do this.
