Hi all
My son applied for his SA passport on Jan 11th - we chased this up today and to be told that his ID number shows no application for a new passport?...... we have the proof etc that it was paid and applied for!
When we check the status on the sms number it states a passport is in progress with his ID number...........
What do I do!!!!!

Hi and welcome to the Forum.
Call the SA Embassy and speak to them; at best it's an admin screw-up, at worse, somebody could be doing something untoward with your son's passport.
