Anybody can provide me with some info about the maximum age at which an expat can obtain the employment permit in Tunisia?

Tunisians must quit work at age 60. Non-Tunisian corporations should, by law, NOT comply with this Tunisian law unless it applies to Tunisians within their company. I worked for a British-based language company in Tunis, ostensibly age-blind, but which nonetheless broke my contract when it management saw my age approach 60. They got away with it. The takeaway: forewarned is forearmed. Make sure you work for an ethical company with a track record to prove it.
