Hi Everyone,

As I am packing to living in Mauritius and can't live without my hair dryer

Would anyone be able to kindly advise on the plug adaptor that is required for Mauritius to enable me to still use my hair dryer with the South Africa 3 pin plug or SA 2 pin round plug.

Are these adaptors available on Mauritius.

Hi Michelle,

In Mauritius, most wall sockets are the 3 square pins UK/Singapore/Africa standard.

To which you can connect a 3-pin multi-plug or an adapter which in turns allows you to use a variety of plugs of all standards including the 2-pin round plug.
