I need advice on an issue of possible scam, I registered with an agency to migrate to another country but the It took a long time(2 years) causing my application to be withdrawn but the migration company is refusing to pay the refund as per the agreement signed,whenever I go to the office they push it to the next month.its been five months already that I have been waiting for my refund and considering taking legal action but scared it can affect my job.

If the company is based in UAE and you have a contract plus document trail then your first stop should be consumer protection agency at DED. After that, the police. Last resort should be a civil case.

This has no bearing on your current employment.
