Query regarding NOC

Next month my two years contract will finish. I want to leave my job and want to back India. After some time I want to join another company in Oman. Is it necessary to get NOC from my company to join another company in oman(already completed two years).

For the nth time here is the answer ...

Any expatriate employee who resigns / finishes his contract / is sacked / leaves on his (or her) free will / runs away / walks away / swims away / flies away .... in short, goes away CANNOT RETURN FOR TWO-YEARS FROM THE DATE OF DEPARTURE, until and unless the person has the last employer's NOC.

The only exception to this rule is the expatriate employee can come back - if the person is joining the same company / sponsor back.
