SHARE TRANSFER

First off, please don't post in caps lock.

Secondly, it is given clearly in the user manual of sijilat i.e. ownership transfer.

First step: performed by CR owner(the seller).
1. Select “Commercial Registration” menu.
2. Online Authorization, select “CR Holder – (the seller)”.
3. Select “New”.
4. Typethe CR no. without the branch no. then click “search”.
5. Select the main branch then click “save and continue”.
6. Select “Transfer Type”, upon your selection the fields will appear.

existing CR When the seller will sell all or some of his branches to a buyer that
already owns a CR.
new CR When the seller will sell all or some of his branches and the buyer
doesn't own a CR. (The CR no. change to a new one).
same CR When the seller will sell his all branches to a buyer that doesn't own a
CR. . (The CR no. doesn't change).
To ICR The branches transferred will be “Individual Establishment”.
To CCR The branches transferred will be “Company”.
7. Select branches to transfer.
8. Click on “Add individuals” button to add (delegator-buyer) information (CPR no.) then click
“validate person” then “add” then click “Save and continue”.
9. click “Submit”.

Second Step: performed by the buyer.
1. Select “Commercial Registration” menu.
2. Online Authorization, select “Applicant – (the buyer)”.
3. Click on application no appears., ex: OAxxxxxxxxxxxx.
4. Review application details, if details are wrong click “Reject” or click “approve” to proceed
in this application, then click “application”.
5. Upload any required documents (fields in red are mandatory) then click “Save and
continue”.
6. Select preferred language for SMS messages then click “Submit”.
The System will send SMS SMS messages to your mobile no. that is in the system for each action on
your application.

You might be asked to appear in front of Notary to amend the MOA.

Login to Sijilat and create an application.

can u say the procedure of liquidation of conmpany

As I already said, you need to login to Sijilat and everything is straightforward.

And liquidation is through many means; most common is liquidation by resolution.  Consult a lawyer and have him handle it for you.

i already register for liquidation. they need board of resolution,  anyone have sample of board of resolution

Its not board of resolution but a board resolution endorsing liquidation.  That is why I said to ask someone to get it done for you.
