You did not specified the category of the school...primary / secondary.
Are you looking for private or Government school.
In take may be difficult since your not a national.
Fuel likely depending on the choice of generating machine consumption. $50use monthly.
You can ought for solar power too if you can  afford to install it. $1200 depending on your appliances. That's minimum estimation.
