Go to Trip Advisor, and search for "Amazon Tours Manaus". Most of them start from here, and there you'll see some of the best rated ones, both day trips and overnight.

Maybe start in Belem at the mouth of the Amazon River, it's a 5 day boat trip to Mana us ,many doffer any ports, if ya gInna spend gold mone see it total..Might as Well see it all. Malcolm Forbes started at the mouth. Good Luck on your adventure
