I have no idea what a “telephone nikkah” is. If it is relevant for your case, please explain.
You cannot sponsor a visa for a girlfriend. Even for close family members (wife, kids), an Aufenthaltserlaubnis of more than a year is required. Sorry!

Please note that religious marriages are not recognised in Germany, only civil ones are. If you want to marry your girlfriend, you should contact your country's authorities about how to do this properly. If you want to, you can have a religious ceremony in addition to the civil one, but (from a legal standpoint) this is entirely optional.
