The recent fire at Carina apartment complex has shed lights into the lack of enforcement and proper safety regulations required for apartments in Vietnam. It also doesn't help when people are burning paper inside their units without thinking about the possibility that they could end up torching the whole complex. Until there are drastic changes we will see more apartments up in flames.
