Need members advise actual Cost of Living at Suva

Hi,

I'm from India and in discussion for an employment opportunity at Suva.

The salary being offered is 6500FJD in hand. Hence me question to all the members to help me on:-

1. Rental cost for  a decent 2BHK accommodation. Locality/Area should be safe in term of living. Both furnished and unfurnished.
2. Good Primary schools for a 4 year old child with monthly school fee.
3. Monthly grocery cost includes vegetables, fruits, non veg., milk, eggs, staples etc.
4. Electricity situation and monthly bill for electricity (1AC and other routine appliances).
5. Medical facilities (private and public) and cost for same.
6. Safety as an expat.
7. Cyclones dangers...... is that life threatening!
8. Availability of clean and safe drinking water and monthly cost for same.
9. Overall job scenario in Fiji and chances for getting opportunities for NZ from Fiji.
10.Things to remember while moving to Fiji with family.

I will be greatfull for all the members for their inputs which will help me to take a decision.
