Finally making the trip to check out HCMC /Dalat/Nha Trang on February 18th to see which place am going to put down new roots and live the rest of my life there and diced to rent or maybe buy will make that choice later

This year Feb 18 is right in the middle of the Tet holidays (Lunar New Year). Usually the city (HCMC) slows down a bit (not exactly shuts down) in these festive days as locals spend their holidays at home with family and friends.
Just make sure you have an arrangement with a hotel to spend the first few days.
Tet holidays will be over latest by 26th of Feb.
