I am talking about a small city in Buraimi

1  BR apartment in Al Khoud Souq brand new and modern finishing = OMR 200 1 year contract

In city centre this will cost OMR 300 minimum (Al Khuwair, Qurum, Ghubra, Bowsher, Azaibah) Can be higher in Qurum and Azaibah.

Electricity and water = OMR 15 minimum depends on the weather and usage.

Petrol = OMR 9/ week, home-office-home based on 36 km one way distance and 2.4 engine vehicle

Weekend fun i consume OMR 15 minimum depends on the distance and terrain. Off roading and mountain trails consumes more.

My LPG consumption = OMR 4 for am 11kg cylinder for 6 months

Lunch = OMR 1 minimum depends where and what you buy.

Espresso Coffee - OMR 1.7 minimum

I don't go to cinema and gym.

For the phone agaibmn will depend on the usage, i am paying OMR 29 for a 2 year contract with Omantel 250 minutes national call, unlimited sms, 8gb data inclusing the device samsung s8+

Unlimited wifi with omantel is OMR 20 with free minutes on national calls from a fixed line phone.

You mean there is no other monthly charges if you one does not breach the 250 minutes barrier or 8 GB limit ?

Ruwi costs seems to be cheaper !

1. 1 BHK is between OMR 200 to 250 ( this includes best possible building in MBD Ruwi).

2. Broadband Omantel has the OMR 20 unlimited scheme ( OMR 25 with a higher speed). The fibre optic option is still not available though Ooredoo provides wireless options.

3. Electricity + Water around OMR 15 with minimum usage ( water being 2/3 portion)

4. A veg meal in the likes of koliwada is OMR 1 and Khana khazana is 1.6. Add another 300 to 500 baiza for a non veg option

5. Generally grocery (the entire shopping bill for food items could be between 70 to 100 OMR. ( However this one is very individualistic)

6. We pay OMR 3 for the cylinder ( 20.6 is inscribed on the cylinder .....whatever tat means!).

7. OMR 180 for a 1 yr Gym contract

If you exceed there will be additional charges as per actual usage but very minimal. It was a very good deal, visit any Omantel office, I went to Grand Mall and the lady was helpful. They have all kinds of phone there, even iphones.

Depends on the device, theRre is a down-payment of omr 60 and deposit of omr 50 which is refundable after 2 years contract.

if villa for rent 120ro to 250ro depends on rooms and spaces and place
For flat 150ro to 300ro (if furnished flat start from 250ro to 400ro)
For bachelors room availables from 50ro.
In saham 30 km far from sohar more less.

Badar sama and alrahfah (aster) doctor fees is 3.5 even for specialist
And small clinic also doctor fees 2 to 3 ro
I have bad exprience with badar sama so i will never perfer anyone to go for badarsama better go for alrahfah.
