Long Term rental in Quanncaste Province

We are looking for a long Term Rental (1 Year) 3 bedroom 2 bath, pool.  Pets included, furnished.

Guanacaste is a large province, so you may have more luck if you specify which area you are interested in.

Hello. I used to rent out places in Playa Hermosa/Playa Panama,/Coco/Ocotal area. If interested, let me know.

Hola Don House,

Welcome to Expat.com!

Best place to find a rental would be the Housing section above, Craigslist Costa Rica, and/or Ecuentra24 Costa Rica.  Depending on the area, the cost will, should, run from $500 to $1,500 per month for a Gringo style home.  Shop around in any given area to compare pricing.

When we first moved here we paid "Gringo price" on a home.  We paid $1,000 per month for a year on a house that should have rented for $500 per month.   "Dumb Gringos fresh off the boat."     So it pays to compare before you rent.

Strongly suggest that you don't 'send a deposit' on a home and wait until you can see it for yourself, before you  sign/agree to a lease. People don't tend to say there is karaoke  bar or a machine shop, next door. It is perfectly legal/common to set up a business in a residential area.
