On Isla Mujeres Now!

We're on Isla Mujeres until Monday (we've been here all week but I just discovered this website!) and wondered if there are any expats here who might like to get together and give us advice on finding monthly rentals, lots for sale, and possibly job opportunities as we plan on moving here from California the beginning of December.  I'm Cindy, I've spent the majority of my working life in the hotel, restaurant, bar management world; my partner, Andy, is an electrician, an ironworker, a mechanic, a builder, a jack-of-all-trades.  Any advice would be so appreciated!
