If you take Uber or Careem service, probably it would be around EGP150.

Try Use Uber , don't use taxi , Uber shows it's take between 90-105 Egyptian pound .

I agree with the other members that uber is much better than the taxi. I also suggest to you the London cab. It's very good. That's the website http://londoncabegypt.com.
