I am in process of hiring an employee from India who happens to be in Malaysia with a valid WorkPermit expiring soon.
How do i go about applying a new one for him.
Is there any Agencies who can help

HI

In order to hire an Expat, the company has to be an approved company under ESD immigration Malaysia. Once you have the approval, you will be given a quota and then only can you apply for the work permit for this candidate. Also if this candidate does not have a release letter from the current company, he will need to leave the country for six months before he can apply to work with you.
