Need lawyer to sell house, and an insurance company

I am looking for a law firm to help me sell a house in Neuenheim. There are two short documents that need to be translated from English to German, and some dealings are required with the German bank.

Also, can someone supply the name of a reputable insurance company to insure a private property?
