I'm extremely familiar with all forms of public transportation (including Publicos) in the San Juan metro area/N.E. quadrant.
What are the differences in the Publico system in western & southern P.R. in comparison to the N.E.?
Is there any reliable daily scheduled public transportation from S.J. to Rincon, or from S.J. to Ponce?
