Dual citizenship is not accepted in both Congo's. With the unstable political climate in both, and the unrest/conflict in CAR, which could spread into both Congo's, there is no benefit at all to even try acquiring citizenship.
Go in on a work visa, get a work permit and depending on the length of stay, apply for temporary residency.
