I am going to Winnipeg in the end of this month
I am very worried because I am new there and I come with my son, everything seems absolutly new with us.
So is there any advise for us ? House, cost of living, job?
My son is going to Winnipeg to study, I am going to live with him for 5 months? Any job for visitor visa like a me?

No, you can't work with a tourist/visitor visa. It's forbidden.
