Hi all,
Currently, I am in working visa for morethan 1 month only but had a problem with my employer regarding the  contract and planning to resign and go back to family joining visa under my husband visa: my question are the following:
1. Is it possible for me to go back in family joining visa under my husband visa after cancelling my working visa without noc?
2. If the 1st question is possible this is a  follow up question: can i exit in other GCC country like dubai while waiting with the family joining visa?

I hope to hear response from all of you for me to be guided. Thank you very much!

Hi Feljonhan,

Find my comments against your queries below :

1. Is it possible for me to go back in family joining visa under my husband visa after cancelling my working visa without noc? - No. Any employed expatriate on cancelling the employment visa must be in possession of an NOC from the last employer to enter the country again, even if it is on an Investor or Family Joining Visa.
