I think since no one call you from ROP within 24 hours this means everything ok. Maybe you will get fine when you go next time for renewal the car.

No one from the ROP will call any offender and invite him / her to come and pay the fine !

Sometimes the offender would come to know through the ROP website.

But certainly, when the vehicle goes for registration renewal, it would be known without fail.

And until and unless the fines are cleared and the other procedures sorted, the vehicle would not be renewed.

There is also a chance to know from the airport when you try to travel home the next time. Your travel will be temporaritly blocked untill you pay a RO 50/- at the airports traffic department after which they will exit you for your travel. (The RO 50/- stands valid only if you are a first time offender)
