Moving to central Bulgaria. Can I find Eltroxin at the Pharmacy there?

Hi. I am trying to get myself organised for the big move. I currently live in the Algarve and am moving to central Bulgaria, out in sticks between Lovech and Troyan.

Trying to learn my new alphabet and at least some language, enough to be polite at least.

Looking for some advise please. I take eltroxin daily, thats medication for under active thyroid, here in Portugal I can buy it over the counter at the pharmacy is this the same in BG does anyone know ?

Also is there a website for working out the cost of matriculation of imported vehicles . Actually there are lots of questions but start with these for now. I have very little patience for googleing !
