Banking and monthly fees

Hello,
I am new to this expat website and looking for some info on banking on TCI & Provo. I currently have a basic checking acct with ScotiaBank and they are charging me $13 a month service fee. Has anyone else found a bank on Provo that doesn't charge a monthly fee?
