Need Apartment rental Agency

Where are the apartment locator agencies in the Centreville area? I am moving from southern Tunisia to Tunis in early July. I would like to find a small apartment in the downtown area. Can anyone recommend an apartment rental agent? My budget is a maximum 500 dinar per month. I would like a furnished studio or one bedroom apartment in a relatively quiet neighborhood. I need a bath and kitchenette. Please advise via this forum.
