Hello. After 7 years in Budapest, 8 in the Gulf (Qatar, Oman, U.A.E.), and 2 in the Seychelles, I'll be moving to Erbil to teach at UK-H in January. I'd be very grateful if anyone can kindly provide me with the name and contact details of a Vet who I can contact to help procure the neccessary documents. Thanks,

To the best of my knowledge, you need to have your cat fully vaccinated before you arrive, and bring proof thereof with you to the airport. Your cat needs to be microchipped and have its own passport.
