I am not sure if the St Joseph parish along National Rd 5 is nearest to St 178. General direction is to head towards the Japanese Bridge, along Mekong river, approx 1 kilometer looked out for the River Palace Hotel and a PTT gas station, on your Right side.
After you have passed the PTT station, 50 meters on your Left, is the entrance to the St Joseph parish, besides a Local school, Beltei International Institute.
