I'm not sure if they speak much english, however, we used Doctora Sayuri Shibayama at Notaria Cruzado when we purchased our property. Our estate agent spoke english and my wife is fluent in spanish and english. Sayuri can be contacted at Avenida Angamos Oeste 574, Miraflores Lima and her phone number from outside Peru is +51 1 444 0613 with a telefax number of +51 1 444 9115. Her email is sshibayama@notariacruzado.com.pe The double 's' at the beginning of the email is correct and not a typo!
