can i fly to paris from oman. i m staying in oman with my husband for last 4 months and have got residence card of oman, i want to plan my vacation to paris from oman in july. what would b the process? i have indian passport

Book tickets/hotels and apply for the visa. Then just travel !!

well contact the French embassy in Oman or UAE and they will tell you the list of documents you can apply for visa from here as you got permanent residence here.
