Are you planning to get married? Then you can apply for fiancè visa so you can stay here as long as you want.

What papers did he prepare for you  before you apply fiancé visa?

Angeliefunke

I was not under fiancè visa when we came here. We got married in Dubai, and I came here under tourist visa (which is not allowed by the way) then we change it to a resident visa. We just talked and begged with the Ausländerbehörde to grant me a visa (some people working there are really nice) but my advice to avoid complications and headache, ask the embassy which docs you needed.

Thank u. Ja i already see this requirements but sometimes when you already there and rhen they will say that they need other dokument

Achso. Then better ask the consulate once again for clarifications or ask people around here who took fiancè visa. Best of luck!
