Go to klixinternet.com...Klix provides wireless "banda ancha" (wide band)...the website has English and Spanish headings...don't know whether English is available on the other side of their "live chat" feature.
For Vilcabamba...

You may find in Loja cable at 6 speed.
You may wish for 15 or 30 but you will not be in the USA so make the best of what you will have.
