If you are talking about the "classical" babysitter (Some student or even girl below the age of 18) don't pay more than 7-12BGN per hour.
If you want someone with a pedagogic degree, 10-20BGN per hour.
If you need someone to look after your child for a whole month (5 days per week, 6-8 hours a day) expect to pay a salary of 400-600BGN per month.
