where to take shahadah in Jeddah and need certificate

She can go to any "dawah" center in Jeddah.  I guess google should give addresses.

I did my Shahadah in 2011 at Jeddah Dawah Center. It is located at the back of Habitat Hotel in Madinah Road. They're very supportive of newly reverts, they have regular Islamic schooling to learn the basics. They'll facilitate the documentation especially when you go to Makhama for the certificate. I can give you one of the staff's contact number if you like.

There's another dawah center under the same management located in Al-Hamra District on Arafat St. behind the National Commercial Bank, Islamic Education Foundation.
