Hi,
Planning a move to Dar es salaam in early June. My wife is 3 months pregnant. She is in a delicate state and needs lots of rest and good medical care. How is the maternity heath care in Dar? Any good hospitals(with ICU) that can be recommended. IF we plan to go ahead with her delivery in Dar, how is post-natal care in hosp? Are we likely to find maids to help her once she;s back home from the delivery? Wot about household help to assist in cleaning, cooking etc?
Would also like to know about schools for my 7 yr old son. International or Indian board. Good teachers are crucial.

there is a lt of clinics where you will be helped there is this troumer center in masaki , and also hindu mandalal. in town and mamy more she will be okey .
And schools are many so you will get them once you reach there .
