We just want genuine reviews of restaurants you've tested... this might guide newcomers (including me very soon 
) as to where to go to have a good bite on Thursday evenings or Fridays.

-Gelato -Italian food restaurant, Complex Grand Cinema
-Aquarium, Golf Club
-Mumtaz Mahal, Indian food restaurant (great food), Arabian Court
-HB, German food restaurant, IV Merriot

La Cucina - JW Marriott Deira, Italian restaurant, they have nice home made spaghetti ice cream with chocolate sauce!
The Jumeirah Villa Guesthouse, they have the Black Angus steak, served with roasties and Yorkshire pudding but only on a friday

Hashi - Japanese Restaurant in Burj Khalifa
-> excellent food
-> musical entertainment not appropriate (a bit too loud and nothing much of japanese kind)
The restaurant will move to the 122nd floor before Xmas.
