I shall be obliged if I may be informed regarding the procedure and formalities for an extension of a short stay Romanian Visa.

Hey buddy,hope u doin fine.
I am also interested to have a short stay romanian visa,
just came to know you need to contact romanian embassy near by in new delhi,
I am in australia so finding it hard to get i from here..
As i am an indian..

Hi guys,

I know u probably solved the problem by now and I will post this for other people who might need those infos.

So to be able to get a romanian visa as tourist u need an invitation from romanian citizen that u met before or u can talk to a travel agency.

In the first case it s a pretty long process who might take 2-3 months and even if ur invitation will be for 40 days the Embassy won t give u more than 7-8 days to stay here.

With a travel agency I guess things are more simple but I m not sure if u ll get the visa.

Once u get here ,there s no way to extend it.
